What is Foxy Music?
Foxy Music is a multiplayer music party game. Recognise songs, guess artists, build your chronological timeline, in the style of Hitster, but with original twists, music bingo and seven mini-rounds of our own.
Which music sources are used?
Foxy Music pulls tracks from Deezer and Apple Music. You don't need your own subscription: we use public 30-second previews. No Spotify, for licensing and API reasons.
What game modes does Foxy Music have?
Three main modes: Classic (pure Hitster-style timeline, first to 8 cards in order wins), Bingo (spin the wheel, answer the category, mark your card, with its own bingo rounds per category) and Foxy Style (7 unique mini-rounds we invented ourselves, Hitster, but more fun).
Can you play music bingo online?
Yes. In Foxy Music's Bingo mode you spin the wheel, answer the music question and mark off your 5x5 card until you have bingo. Free in your browser, no download.
Which mini-rounds are in Foxy Style?
Seven unique rounds that only appear in Foxy Style: Who Sings This, Older or Newer, Year Poker, One Hit Wonder, Hit Parade, Blind Guess and Take + Destroy. Classic and Bingo stick to their own format. From brain-heavy to pure chaos.
How many players can join?
2 to 6 players. Locally on one screen or online via a room code. For online play we recommend a separate video call for the vibe.
Which music styles are included?
Three difficulty levels, each with its own music pool: Kids (today's pop hits, known from TikTok and the radio), Family (classics from the 60s to the 2000s, such as The Beatles, ABBA and Queen) and Expert (rock, soul, new wave and indie).
Is Foxy Music free?
Yes, completely free during beta. Local play always stays free. Online multiplayer will later come with an affordable subscription, and only the host needs it: the rest of the group plays along for free, no account or payment needed.
Does Foxy Music work on mobile?
Yes, runs fully in the browser on smartphone, tablet, laptop and desktop. No download needed.
